Product Features:
The main machine adopts a multi-station design, capable of simultaneously unwinding and stripping 14 roving bobbins. Maximum processing capacity can reach 1,800 bobbins (max.) per hour, effectively enhancing overall productivity.
To improve the smoothness of roving bobbin transport, the conveyor system uses a segmented design with low speed at the front section and high speed at the rear, ensuring a more stable and consistent conveyance.
To ensure stable feeding operations, a feeding hopper is installed at the front of the roving head processing machine, equipped with sensors to control the feeding speed in real time.
The roller stripping speed is set in two stages—fast and slow—allowing adjustments according to actual production requirements to balance efficiency and stability.
After stripping, the roving is opened into a cotton-like form and conveyed by a fan to the cotton compressor. The material is then discharged as a full sheet through a dual-roller system controlled by photoelectric sensors, enabling rapid recovery and reuse.
The empty roving bobbins after stripping are automatically transported to a storage cylinder for centralized collection, reducing manual handling.
When all roving bobbins on the conveyor have been processed and no further feeding occurs, the machine automatically stops within three minutes to save energy and electricity.
Automatic fiber exhausting machine controlled by electronic sensors.
The machine is equipped with 5 removable bars to handle large-diameter roving ends.
